Aqilla, born into a wealthy family, marries a poor young man despite her mother’s opposition. Tragically, her husband dies in an accident before she gives birth to their son. Her mother deceitfully tells her that the infant has died prematurely right after birth, but in reality, the baby has been given to Arif and Yumna, a couple longing for a child. Seven years later, Aqilla discovers that her son, Baskara, is still alive. She returns from her empty and mundane life in Europe to Indonesia, determined to reclaim her son, only to realise that he has been lovingly and well cared for by Arif and Yumna all these years. Baskara may have Aqilla’s blood flowing in his veins, but he carries the sweat and tears of Yumna. Who is the rightful mother of Baskara after all?
